Completely Unacceptable

I ordered three weeks prior to the desired date for a gift. I received excuse after excuse about the shipping delay, and on 20.12.25, I was told it would ship within 72 hours. Now, four days past that deadline, I’m told it will ship out ASAP. This is unacceptable. They offered me a discount for my next purchase, which is quite audacious considering my experience. I would not recommend using this service.
