We had the mixed pleasure of getting transported by EBA Eurobus from Geneva to Avoriaz Saturday February 7th 2026 and Avoriaz to Geneva this February Saturday 14th 2026. On the way to Avoriaz the driver was nearly an hour late. And we arrived in Avoriaz 2 hours later than expected = we did not make it to go skiing that day!!! On the way home we were supposed to be picked up at 8 am in Avoriaz. At 8.25 still no word from driver or anything. We were standing in the cold waiting with our 2 kids. We called you only to learn that there were challenges with the bus and if we took a transfer in Avoriaz to the button of the Prodant lift then we could get picked up there. So we took a snow transfer in Avoriaz that we had to organize and pay ourselves. When at Prodant lift then still no bus!!! We got picked up at 10.55!!! Very frozen and only managed to reach our flight because the flight was delayed. So much not worth the money. Would never recommend this company again. It was supposed to be a easy and good experience but ended up being chaotic and tiring for all of us both on the way going there and back.

Warning, Altibus will possibly leave you at a bus stop waiting for an hour in the freezing cold. I got picked up a taxi and then left at a bus stop at 5am. Using this service in January I was left in the cold for an hour waiting for the bus. Would have appreciated some warning that this would happen.
We boarded the 05:45 bus from Moûtiers to Lyon Airport on 31.01.2026 and we deeply regret it. First of all, the driver was very rude — it was impossible to even ask basic questions like whether this was the correct bus. I measured the temperature inside the bus with my Garmin watch and it was 6°C. We asked the driver to turn on the heating, but he got angry and claimed the temperature was 27°C. During the entire trip, we had to take clothes out of our bags and layer up just to cope with the cold. One member of our group has now caught a chill. We’ll see whether the rest of us recover. We will never use AltiBus again — next time we will choose BenBus.
Worst experience in my life, they were late both ways, we missed our plane, and when we asked if we could take toilet break they told us no. Just because they were late to pick us up. Would never recommend and will never travel with them again.
Do not book this company when transferring from Val thorens France. Poorly organised and understaffed. Bad communication and no updates. Other providers were much more organised Alpine Travel and Bens buses had ample staff and great comms. We booked a direct bus to Geneva but it never arrived. Jumped on a transit to Moutiers. Very expensive to not have a direct service as booked.
Very disappointing experienceWe were traveling to Méribel with Altibus, and during the trip the bus broke down. No alternative transport was provided, so we had to continue by taxi at our own expense. The driver told us the taxi would be reimbursed.We submitted a complaint with all documents, but the process is slow and unclear. Breakdowns happen, but leaving passengers without support is not acceptable.I wouldn’t recommend this service
