This company should be shut down!!! They don’t contact you about the service you have to keep calling them and they can never get a technician on the phone!! They take your money BEFORE completing your service!! I paid 150 for a computer desk from Home Depot to be put together. I had no idea what atrocity awaited me!! The logistics of this company are beyond unprofessional!! They have no idea how to run this company properly!! They said they have several companies that take orders from and have at 1500 scheduled appointments a day to complete. Sounds like they need to scale back their orders and find independent contractors who know what they’re doing and want to work. No one has yet to schedule my service and it’s been over a week after the promise on the contract says 24-48 hours. I have to call them over and over again. They aren’t reaching out to me. And I would have appreciated it more if they wouldn’t have taken my money before completing the job. I want my money refunded promptly!!! I will get my computer desk assembled another way!!
Terrible experience. They initially said it would be about 2 weeks for them to come out and assemble our treadmill. After a month, they scheduled and never showed up. I called daily afterwards to get them scheduled again and each time they told me the technician would reach out to schedule that day. Each day, no one would ever contact us. We ended up canceling and asking for a refund. Do not use this company.
They run a real racket here - you pay $150 for a diagnoses then pay another 160 for it to be fixed, however, my issue was diagnosed over the phone with the technician expected to come and fix it on the service call. Instead they charged me 145 for the technician to say I told them to order the part. But the extended warranties, it is not worth it with this service.
If I could give this company zero stars I would!!!! People please listen, if your setup is being installed by this company, please do not use them. Totally unprofessional. They rescheduled the appointment 3 times. There’s absolutely no point in scheduling because they don’t show up at the scheduled times. Finally someone decided to show up at 7:00a when the hours were between 9a-1p. Of course I was not home & the installment team sends a text saying “we cannot wait around”.. how is it waiting around when you show up 2 hours prior to the scheduled time. Fast forward I contact costumer service, the worker advised someone would return at 11:30, of course no one showed up. I contact customer service again, he advised someone would be out between 2p and 4. Someone showed up at my house at 12:45, of course I wasn’t home. This company is a joke. I was offered at $25 refund, compared to the $400.00 I paid for the installation. I would NEVER use this company again. It’s UNACCEPTABLE.
The company Go Configure, who installed my shed, is a scam company. They sent one person to the job who does not speak English and had to communicate through a phone. It took way too long to build the shed and he also begged for a tip at the end of the job. I blame this on Go Configure and Home Depot, as Go Configure takes advantage of their employees by underpaying them, and Home Depot for using this company to begin with. They have no experience building anything and couldn't understand the instructions. The guy was nice; do not get me wrong, but this was so unprofessional. Go Configure underpays and hires people with no idea what they are doing. Home Depot should be ashamed of using such a company. Will not use Home Depot for installments ever again.
It took 4 attempts to get someone out to assemble my bunk beds. A total of 3.5 days of missed work. Cancelled twice (after 5 hr of waiting both times), then a total no-show. They refunded me a whopping $70. Absolutely DO NOT use this company if you can help it. Unfortunately, this is who Home Depot contracts with.
AWFUL COMPANY! I scheduled someone to come do a repair and its been 2 months so far with no shows, they scheduled me once after a month and then cancelled the day of because of a family emergency, yet never reached back to schedule another appointment. Stay away from this company!
