If I could give 0 stars I would. We bought a gazebo from Sam’s on February and still haven’t had it delivered or installed by this company. At one point I was calling every single day for a update. Then found out it was scheduled, no notification, and of course it wouldn’t work for us, then it took another month to reschedule. Once again I had to reach out a couple times a week, finally found out it was scheduled for 6/1 (today). No call or email to let me know. Luckily this worked, however the weather is rainy today so I WAS called today for them to cancel. That’s two phone calls FROM them about my service since February, even though I called and called and asked for calls back. Now that they’ve canceled today, they said we cannot install until 6/22 and of course we are out of town and cannot do that day. I am currently on hold right now, usually it’s a 30-45 min hold time, to cancel and get a refund. This is unacceptable and I cannot believe Sam’s works with a company with such poor customer service.
Horrible experience with a shady company. Late arrival 3.5 hours at 7:30pm on a Saturday night. Spent two hours banging on my equipment and broke a part that he claimed was because my equipment was old. They closed the work order and said they fixed it. Stay away.
ABSOLUTELY the worst customer service EVER. purchased my item at Sam's Club trusting that they vete their recommend companies. I have been waiting over 6 weeks for this Go Configure to deliver and install my product. After YEARS of being a Sam's Club customer I am disappointed and no longer a customer. My Credit Card company will hopefully help me get my $1700 back. Opening a case with the BBB after this.
Mind boggling how horrible this service is. Not sure if you intentionally tried to create the most frustrating experience and useless organization you would come up with anything as bad as GoConfigure. After 2 months just canceled my order from Sam’s club (immediate refund) and waiting for my refund from GoConfigure. Guessing I’m not done in tracking it down. Run,run, run as fast as you can away from this operation
This place is terrible. Scheduled a gazebo install and paid for the service a month ago. I was told they were backed up and that they were scheduling 30 days out. We waited. Now I receive the first communication from them, wanting to schedule us for another 30 days out! I canceled the order and will now wait for a refund. All that time wasted now have to look local again.Let me also add that if you need to contact them for anything, you will wait 20-30 minutes to get through every time.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.Find a local carpenter or handyman to install your product. This is the most unprofessional outfit I have ever come across. They ruined my 2000 Gazebo and assembled it in a way that it is unsafe. All scratched and dented. Zero customer support. Beware.
Absolutely Horrible, scheduled for installation of 2 gazebos, took of day of work..only one was installed and had to reschedule. The one that was installed they damaged and the technician would not of said anything unless I brought it up. I watched him damage it and he said it came like that...liar, liar liar...Had to order the new part and have them fix it when they rescheduled for the second gazebo. They were supposed to show up between 12-4 and I get a call 7:30 am saying they are on way...had to take the entire day off of work instead of just the afternoon. Customer Serviced promised they would make it right. Called them 3 times and each time they say the manager responsible is out and he/she will get back to me...going on 2 months. I would never hire this service again and warn anyone who does.
I brought a cedar Cordova gazebo from sam's at $2000:paid go configure $600 to install they schedule 6 appointments the 6 technician finally came out put have of it up and damage my product I emailed picture of damages waiting on technician to come evacuate the damages and order what needs to be ordered he is scheduled for 05 /06/2022 I get and email asking me to accept schedule date of 5/16/2022 I'm sick of them it's time for legal action I want my $2000 for my gazebo and my $600 installation fee and pain and suffering.Please don't use this company this last tech didn't have a clue if how to assemble.
I purchased an outdoor patio gazebo from Sams Club Chesterfield MO on March 13th. Sams club uses and recommends an outside service, GoConfigure for installation. This product from Sams and the service to install was paid in full on March 13th. I have sent numerous emails and spent hours on the phone waiting for someone in customer service to give me a date for installation. They have made no effort to call me with an install date. What is really sad is I have sent 2 emails to Sam's Club customer service email address hoping they could help or contact GoConfigure since I cannot get a response but now Sams club hasn't responded or acknowledged my email. I attached my email chain to Sams that I sent to GoConfigure showing I have tried endlessly to get someone to respond. Unfortunately I have to write this terrible review, not only about Sams Club but the outside contracting service- GoConfigure that Sams recommends. I hope Sams or GoConfigure sees this review and can get this situation resolved.
