DO NOT USE!! At the recommendation of Bowflex, they came and repaired my treadmill and didn’t install all of the parts…namely the wiring. When the technician reassembled the treadmill he didn’t do it correctly as the belt rubs against the housing. Bowflex has also not been helpful so keep that in mind when purchasing their equipment!!
Ordered a trampoline from spring free, scheduled the installation with Go-Configure. Surprise, they didn't show. Now they are saying the tech can only services your location on wednesday. They've asked I wait till next week. Based on the reviews, I have no confidence in anyone showing up.
They are the worst companies ever. I have received the parts for my repair about a month ago, they booked my repair for June 16, 2022 at 3pm almost 2 weeks since I received my parts. I had someone waiting for them and at 2 pm they cancel my appointment. I had to call back to get an update and they couldn’t provide me with a date. I just received a call today 6/29/22 telling me they are working on a date for my repair. This is not the first time they cancel my appointment, they have no respect for peoples time. If it was up to me I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Horrible customer service.
Absolute worse company I think I’ve ever dealt with. Bought a gazebo in February and had to pay for delivery and installation up front. Was told as soon as the ground thawed in March they’d be out to install. As of 6/28 I’ve made numerous phone calls, told that someone would call me back. A week ago I received a call saying they don’t have installers in my state, but would figure something out. I said I wanted my $ back. Today I received a call that they will issue a refund in 3 to 4 weeks. They will not issue a refund on the delivery. Stay as far away from this POS company as you possibly can!!
I purchased the Bowflex C6 Bike on June 1st and it was promptly delivered on June 4th. My husband and I put it together on June 5th and, after the entire bike was put together, noticed that the flywheel was warped. Therefore, the bike cannot be used. I contacted Bowflex immediately and they sent out a new flywheel with the tools to replace the warped flywheel. They told me that once I received the materials, I would be contacted by GoConfigure to make an appointment to fix the bike. GoConfigure called within a couple of days and scheduled an appointment to fix the bike on Friday June 17th between 12 and 5 pm. At 3:30 pm, they texted and cancelled the appointment. On Monday June 20th, I was able to set up an appointment with GoConfigure for Thursday June 23rd between 5 and 9 pm. At about noon on Thursday the 23rd, GoConfigure cancelled that appointment. I contacted GoConfigure again, and they simply told me that they understood my frustration and that they would get this fixed. It is now Monday June 27th at 12:17 pm and I still haven't heard from the company to reschedule an appointment. Bottom line: Avoid using this company if at all possible.
My dog could've coordinated this install better.....Almost 2 months after paying for their delivery / install, it finally finally got done.... they are useless. I'm not going to go through my personal drama with them, but they are nothing but middlemen that subcontract the work for probably a lot less money so they can pay themselves for their ineptness. Please find a local company to do the work you need. I'll even help find you someone so you don't have to go through the nightmare we went through.
Zero stars. Highly non-recommendable. 3rd party contracted to install trampoline. 1st window - no call no show. 2nd window 2 hours late, incomplete job. 3rd scheduled date - cancelled. Don't waste your time. If you purchase something that contracts out to this company for installation immediately return or do not pay for installation. Save time and do it yourself. Abysmal.
