Review Time
I have used this delivery service 5 times and 4 of the 5 were complete and total disasters. They lost this current package for 2 weeks and it was out for delivery at 8am this morning and it is currently 8:11pm and still no delivery. Absolutely ridiculous company with ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Never again buying from Temu because of this incompetent delivery service!!!!! Update: 7:04am the following day and still no package or communication from this company but tracking still says “out for delivery”. This company is a JOKE!!!!!
This is a mess of a customer service team. I do not think the call center that the GoFo team picked out is exclusively at fault. Initially I called customer support because my package has been "Out for Delivery" from a distribution center that is no more than a 20-minute drive from my house for 3 days. The man I spoke to on the customer support line repeatedly told me that it would be delivered by end-of-day. After this he asked me if there is anything else he could do to help me, I said "I guess not" and hung up. 2 days later my package was not delivered. I called customer support, again asking for help locating my package. Questions ranging from, "what is your policy regarding time-senitive packagaes and reimbursement," to "where and how my package was being kept while it was out for perpetual delivery" were all answered with "I cannot help you until 3 days from now."I do not think their customer support center is supported by GoFo. I suspect that this place just takes the brunt of customer distain for a sloppy company, without any resources to aid or ease consumer concern. While I cannot expect GoFo to be able to deliver with the same speed as Amazon, I do expect them to be able to fulfil the commitments they make to their consumer and not hide behind a third party call center. Every company that uses GoFo is far less appealing to me now than those that use standard shipping methods like USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
I tried to speak to a customer service rep. The automated agent could not comprehend my tracking number. After 3 tries, it said it needed the number for security purposes and "goodbye." Service is horrific and I would give it 0 stars if that was available.By the way, their delivery service times are also below par. Way below other vendors I have had experience with. Poor execution and abysmal service
I rarely post reviews unless I'm upset about something (maybe a lot of other folks are like me). In this case I decided to post my happy experience with GOFO mainly to give folks at least some potential peace of mind. My shipment arrived without any problems, and I was well informed of the tracking progress along the way. The driver arrived in a normal car (not a van) and brought my package to my front door. All 14 small items in my package from Temu.com were in great working order.
I would give zero stars for these losers. I see this person delivered my package to the wrong house and submitted their own pictures to prove it was delivered to the wrong house and now they are saying the package is lost and I need to contact the seller for replacement or refund. They are liars and thieves and need to be put out of business.
The delivery driver attempted to deliver my package to the wrong house. Then stole my package after the pressed "delivered". Trying to contact the company but they are hiding. So I made a police report for stolen property and named the delivery driver as the suspect after reviewing cameras. Also filed a complaint with the BBB. They should be seeing a detective soon.
Basically I'm writing this as a counter writeup to my SpeedX experiences. I order from Temu and TikTok shop often. My first Gofo order I was skeptical because first I'd never heard of them and 2nd my friend said her package took forever after it said being transferred by company. I ordered and it did take forever after being in the US but as I tracked it , it eventually came the same day it said out for delivery and the driver followed directions to a tee. My address has written down for Apt number: RING any bell, leave in lobby or Call (my number is always on pkg). I haven't had any issues with stolen packages or idiot delivery drivers. The proof is in the so few reviews here on TrustPilot compared to the more than 4000 reviews for SpeedX.
