I signed up for the service

I signed up for the service, when i tried to use the service it did not work, Customer service was non existent so I cancelled. GOGO refunded 90% of my payment! So I say stay away, this service is poor and they stole 15 dollars from me for no service! GOGO stole my money and they are supposed to take care of us old people!

We asked for a ride to the San Jose Airport

We asked for a ride to the San Jose airport the morning of Oct. 18th. I was told it would cost between 30-33 dollars plus a one time fee of $16.99. The next morning they called and said it would be about$40 now because there was a lot of traffic going to the airport. There was very little traffic, so that wasn't true. When we got there, I asked what it cost, I was told $40, so I gave the driver $40 cash. Then I got a bill for $48. I called twice and explained the situation and both times they promised to send me the $48 plus the $16.99 since it didn't go well. They told me the driver wasn't supposed to take cash. So now that one drive to San Jose from Fremont cost me $88 plus the $16.99. The last time I called (on Nov.1), I was told I'd get a refund in 10 -15 days. It's now December 14th, and I haven't seen a refund yet. The response I got to this complaint today was less than okay. I had been promised twice - once on Oct. 26th and again on Nov. 1st (I rechecked my notes), and both times I was told that I'd get a full refund. I wonder why no one checked who the woman was that drove us that day and why she accepted the $40 cash. I handed her 2 $20 bills. If she knew she wasn't to take it, why did she? It was our first time to try GoGo and we didn't know, but the driver should have known better that she wasn't to accept the cash. As it still stands, I paid $88 plus the $16.99 for that one ride. I expect a refund for all of it because of this fiasco.
