Professional, knowledgeable driver

Driver arrived on time, was professional, empathetic regarding my needs, knew where he was going, when we got to the hospital, he went out of his way to help me find the correct entrance for me to register for my outpatient surgery.

Go go should allow users to delete…

Go go should allow users to delete previous destinations that are no longer used. It takes way too much time to listen to a long list of previous destinations before being able to input current address. If this is already an option how about making that easily found.
