Unacceptable Charges

I received no services, yet was charged $246 without my consent after I stopped the registration process. Despite no services being rendered, they refused to refund me. Thankfully, my bank recognized the fraud and reversed the charges.

Disappointing and Overpriced

This service has been a major disappointment. I received inconsistent quotes and was charged significantly more than expected. The drivers struggled to find my location, causing me to be late for appointments. My attempts to resolve this were ignored, and I ended up overpaying for rides that should have been straightforward. This experience has been unacceptable.

Positive feelings and relief that there are services to help me.

I spoke with someone who explained how this program works, and what I needed to do to apply. To make it easier for me she helped me with the form. She was very kind and sensitive to my feelings about not being able to drive anymore. She listened and encouraged me to use the services I need. She was very considerate. I appreciate her kindness.
