The person I spoke with helped explain how the service works. Ashe answered my questions to my satisfaction. The only thing I’m a little concerned about is that the transportation service picks us up and gets us to our appointments in plenty of time as we always have to be there 15-20 minutes before our appointments so we have enough time to sign in.

Enjoy the service however do not like that I worry about drivers canceling last minute causing be to be late because you need to find another driver. I Can not be late to appointments especially my dialysis treatments. Very upsetting!!!
