I placed my order on 27/11/2025, and it was shipped on 04/12/2025. Unfortunately, the parcel has not yet arrived. I've reached out to customer support multiple times for a valid tracking number that I could verify, but I only received an internal reference that cannot be tracked. I paid extra for fast shipping, which did not happen. Overall, I'm very dissatisfied and cannot recommend this service.
I've had a terrible experience. I placed an order over a week ago and haven't received any confirmation or shipping details. I've tried to contact them through various channels, but they haven't responded. Avoid this service; they seem to take your money without delivering.
I'm extremely disappointed with the product and customer service. I received a low-quality item, and when I reported the issue, they blamed me for 'liquid corrosion.' Despite following all instructions, I had a frustrating back-and-forth with them regarding a partial refund. My son is upset, and I feel let down by this company.
