I have always rated this service highly, but after several online orders, I am really disappointed with their customer support. I attempted to purchase golf clubs for my wife during the Black Friday sales and found some at a fantastic price, so I made the order. Over a week later, I received only a single men's club. When I called, they told me the SKU matched a men's club and that the wrong item was posted on the website. A week later, a customer service manager emailed me, advising to simply return it, with no effort to provide the correct item. I was left scrambling to find a replacement gift. I have spent thousands at this company and its affiliated stores, but I am seriously reconsidering where to shop in the future.
Incompetent staff — they might as well be selling donuts, it would make no difference! Please also note that prices are outrageously high, and that after your very first purchase you will receive an email offering 10% off your next order. So rule number one: buy something for $10 first, then simply wait for the discount email.
I have never dealt with such a horrible online ordering system in my life. Whether it be the incompetence of their online ordering system or their security department, they have no clue what they are doing. To get nine orders canceled so to incompetent selling of an item on their website, is absolutely ridiculous. When you call, no one seems to know why. Better off trying to purchase item directly through Nike or go into the store if available. To get a notification a week after confirmation that order is processing, is ridiculous,. Much less 9 times over!!!!!!!
I drove an hour to get the 50000 triangle reward money if you were buying from an outlet in the first two hours. I completed gathering my stuff and was told they had opened two hours before their website said they would be open. They refused to honor their commitments even though it was obviously their fault.

Saw some cobras online that were a very good price so made the purchase. Over a week later a single men’s club shows up. After calling they said the sku number matched a men’s club. They had the wrong item listed on the website. About a week later a customer service manager emailed me and said just return it. No attempt to get me the right product. Left to scramble to get a gift to replace this one. Have spent thousands at sportchek and sister stores Canadian tire and mark’s. Really reconsidering where I go to now
I would give negative stars if I could. Sportchek have scammed my family more times than I can count. 1. My fam bought a bike for my bday, but it was scratched up. I rode it and the chains broke while I was speeding downhill, and I couldn't break. I ended up crashing and being sent to the ER 2. We purchased shoes, with a guaranteed 15 day return policy. Twice they refused. The first time was bc my shoes "looked" like they were work outside. The second time was a manufacturer defect. 3. Today I bought shoe spray. I asked the associate before buying the return policy. He said 1 month and another month for credit exchange. When I purchased it they said it's final sale. Like WTF. Lying scum.Never ever shop here. For your own sake.
Hello Good Morning Well Me and my Son went to Sports Check Southland Mall Yesterday too buy him boots the girl there wasnt the best at Customer service at all didnt greet us how she was suppose too and said something to her and she was nicer to other customers and laughing with them dont Appreciate this at all il a Regular Customer there shop there all the there all the time not sure why this happeneded im buying from store so need Respect i work at retail this is not the way to serve customers
