After meeting all requirements, support ceased providing genuine answers and continued to send generic responses, completely disregarding the deposit they requested, the fact that identity verification was already completed, and our willingness to undergo any additional checks if necessary. We also agreed to permanently delete the account they deemed 'duplicate'. I invested my own money into advertising, created unique promotional materials, and attracted a significant number of real users. Despite this, the service refuses to clearly explain their actions, provide an official appeal channel, or release the funds accumulated in my referral balance.
