I had a great forst appointment when things were clearly explained no hard selling or force just information and the brochure for me to think things over. I like that there was no pressure I signed up and was extremely happy to have my funeral sorted so loved ones after my passing dont have to do it.
When the Greenleaves representative came to our home he was very helpful and showed compassion.He showed us what they had to offer and it was up to us to decide.There was absolutely no pressure.We decided what we wanted and signed up.The relief we felt afterwards was unbelievable.
The lady arrived promptly and on time. She explained clearly all the points I needed to know to allow me to proceed with the agreement and purchase of it for both myself and my wife. I would happily recommend this company in regard to our non-service funeral arrangements.
