The advisor took me through the plan, giving me time to absorb the information and answering my questions. She empathised with my sadness at planning my husband's final journey, and I felt she had listened to me. The paperwork provided gave me plenty of information. I will be setting up my own plan in the near future.

The staff here in the UK were very helpful explaining my options in transferring my plan to one more suitable and arranged for me to be refunded the difference in price.
