From our first phone call to Golden Leaves to receiving our completed funeral plans, my partner and l were very comfortable with the options available, costings and the service we received. The visit of Manny was excellent with a very non-pressured and professional and we were happy with the final plans we had chosen. Excellent all round company.
The whole process was very simple and reassuring from the initial phone call through to signing up for the funeral plan. Given the nature of the subject I felt treated with respect and warmth. There was nothing in the whole process that I could fault. I would really recommend this company if you are considering this type of option for your funeral. Very competitive prices that give you security and reassurance that your wishes will be met fully and your family relieved of any financial burden.
The agent that came to us was polite and very understanding. He took his time to explain all options. I would highly recomend this company and service. The agent seemed more like family nothing like a salesperson he took his time to listen and explain. Great service
Being robbed I was told I would have a Buryal with 2 limousines the service the coffin.everything sorted and nothing will go up I will just pay the same price ,2 weeks ago I got a letter telling me I would have to pay for the burial or cremation separate they don't cover that,I had a policy for over 10 years with Sun Life and I told them I was paying to much because they are doing cheep cremations,so they put me onto Golden Leaves they cancelled all my money I had paid in to Sun Life then this chap called at my house and told me I would be better off with Golden Leaves ,it will cost a bit more but I get more ,then after the chap had left I noticed Golden leaves is run by Sun Life so we're did all my money go that I had paid in and now they say I get everything but not the buryal or cremation, what am I paying for to be left on the top Why did they not tell me before I started paying anything, and the chap that sold me the plan lived just up the road from me but he moved a month later and gone 12 miles away. I wanted to put the date in 2018 but it won't let you go back that far
