I learn from and enjoy Ron Henry's video clips on up keep and maintaining a yard. His advice on pre-emergent herbicides helped me decide on ordering and using Lebanon Pro over my standard go to of Spectacle G to control Poa Anna during the winter in the Phoenix area. I have chosen to not over seed with rye grass for several years to reduce water consumption and the costs. The downside of not over seeding with rye is the emergence of Poa Anna in mid-December. Spectacle G does a reasonable job in preventing Poa Anna and what does come up is controllable with Certainty. I am hoping that Lebanon Pro will further reduce the amount of Poa Anna. I will know more by next February.
