My experience was 100% good. I was informed at various points of when my package would arrive before I received it safely. My sandals are absolutely wonderful exactly as they look in the picture and high-quality as always with Keen products. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

one week later, they suddenly say one of the items is not in stock, so the whole shipment is being delayed.
they refuse to ship the other items. so my whole order is hanging in the air, but the time was already spent
The delivery was incredibly slow. I returned the item because it didn’t fit, and I was charged £11.99 for the return label—quite high for a light parcel within the UK. I didn’t notice any option to pay for the return directly, which would have been more economical. I reached out with a question and received a response, but it addressed a different issue. While the item was priced well and the quality was fine, my experience has led me to decide against ordering from this service again.
Payment was taken, and then the waiting started. I placed my order on 11.12.2025, with a maximum delivery date of the 18th. Today is 22.12.2025, and I have received no response to my emails. The phone line is always busy. I have asked my bank to cancel my order for a specific item. My previous experience was also disappointing a few years ago. There definitely won't be a third attempt for me with this service.
Excellent product at a fair price. It took a bit of time from order to dispatch, but once it was in transit, the tracking updates were superb. The delivery took nearly three weeks from the time I placed the order, but that was acceptable for me since I didn't need the item urgently.

When my order arrived, the box was damaged and an item was missing. I reported this as a damaged item, sending photos of the box and even CCTV footage of the delivery. They now want me to visit the post office and fill out a report, which is more hassle than the item is worth. I explained my situation, but it seems they make claiming difficult. I won't use this service again due to their unhelpful customer service.

I purchased during a Black Friday sale, and three weeks later I was told the item might be out of stock, but I could choose a different one. The alternatives were limited to three options they selected. Meanwhile, the item I ordered still shows as available on the website (without the Black Friday discount). Avoid this service.
Please avoid this platform, as it seems to be a scam. I ordered a fleece on November 30th, and as of December 13th, it has yet to arrive. I reported the issue multiple times and received responses saying the customer care team would contact me, but no one has reached out. This is my order number.
