The hoodie came and its great quality and looks exactly as described. It was delayed a bit which was why theres a a lot of 1 star reviews but goni did send emails the entire time to give updates and explain why. Ive ordered jewellery before from the website as well and its always been great quality

I suggest checking comments on their social media or joining their community to see how many others are also complaining about not receiving their orders. I will update this review if I ever receive the hoodie, but for now, I strongly advise against buying from them.

The quality of the hoodie is exceptional, and the delivery updates were consistent and sincere. The additional accessories were a nice touch. The hoodie itself is of very high quality, with a great wash texture and a perfect modern boxy fit. The subtle design is really cool. Highly recommend this brand! Don't pay attention to the one-star reviews; some people just lack the patience to wait for their orders, despite receiving constant updates about production and stock.
I was assured on September 2nd that my hoodie would ship within the week, but I still haven't received anything. I've emailed twice in the past few days and haven't heard back. I'm located in the UK. DO NOT ORDER; BUYER BEWARE, IT SEEMS LIKE A SCAM.
I advise against trusting the positive reviews here. I ordered back in April and have received nothing. I've sent numerous emails, messages on social media, and submitted forms through their website without any response. I paid £70 for a hoodie that has never been dispatched, let alone received. Please avoid this seller.
