Terrible operation. They have lost our mail for about a month and a half now and unless you have a tracking number, they can't even search their system to determine if anything is lost or not. We know much has been lost.
They do not scan mail in a timely manner. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for my Amazon verification code to be scanned. Meanwhile, my account has been deactivated due to them being unable to verify my address. I’m losing my ranking and everything I’ve worked so hard for.
Earth class is a Legal zoom company. Legal zoom sent me a document to earth class and it sat in my account. Then they were going to charge me a premium to hold that mail because I did not delete it. Customer service also is not great. They wanted to discuss my future business before addressing my problem to begin with.
Earth Class Mail. Where they tell you to wait AN HOUR for a password reset. And they don't care for the feed back that it's terrible service. Three times I asked for a complaint line, but the rep ignored me. Terrible service, and they clearly don't care it's terrible.
A worker or vendor at Earth Class mail processing ctr stole and cashed a customer payment that was mailed to our address of record. Earth Class was no help and qas resitant to give any informatio. I filed a criminal complaint at the local police department. Best to avoid this company.
We have been customers of Earth Class Mail (Now: LegalZoom Virtual Mail) for over a decade and, until recently, were satisfied with the service. However, since the company was acquired by LegalZoom, the quality has plummeted dramatically, culminating in a recent experience that has forced us to cancel our account and warn others.Here's a breakdown of the problems:* Delayed Notifications: Notifications of new mail are consistently delayed, sometimes for days or even weeks. This makes the service practically useless for time-sensitive documents.* Unreliable Shipping: Even when we do get notified, actually getting the mail shipped is unreliable. We've experienced significant delays and sometimes inexplicably blocked from accessing our own mail.* Terrible Customer Service: Customer service is slow to respond and unhelpful. We were given conflicting information and ultimately had to repeatedly escalate our requests to get any attention.* Data Privacy NIGHTMARE: Their "privacy" policy is vague and offers little to no protection, and we have serious concerns about their compliance with GDPR. They want access to scan, store, and potentially share incredibly personal information, including photo identification, with little explanation of how this data will be secured.* High Risk of Identity Theft In the likely event that LegalZoom's database is hacked, any customer is at high risk of identity theft. Your bank accounts, credit cards, mortgage, and any other personal information is at risk.In short, what was once a reliable service is now a risky, unreliable, and frankly, frightening operation. The combination of poor service and egregious data privacy practices makes Earth Class Mail (LegalZoom Virtual Mail) a service to be avoided at all costs. We are actively seeking a new provider and strongly advise others to do the same. The potential for identity theft and the complete lack of customer care are simply unacceptable.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM EARTH CLASS MAIL!!! They used to be GREAT, but now are the exact opposite. Our company was a loyal 5+ year customer, but after multiple address changes, price changes and weak customer service, we finally made the difficult decision to move elsewhere (which was no small undertaking). We paid a termination fee which was supposed to include a ~6 month transition, but now they have advised us that they will NOT be scanning and forwarding our mail as was represented (when I login to the portal it now says "NO ACCESS" on some important 2024 tax documents. I previously LOVED these guys (and made numerous referrals), but ever since they merged with LegalZoom, things went downhill -- they just don't care. Caveat emptor.
