Misleading Service

I paid for expedited service, but they sent it via ground economy. Despite their tracking saying the package was shipped, FedEx informed me they never received it. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid for expedited shipping, but it took a month to receive a poorly made dress. The hem was uneven, and their customer service is unhelpful, insisting on return shipping fees to China despite the dress's defects. I captured a video of the issues, yet they continue to request more evidence instead of addressing the problems.

High Return Costs

My daughter ordered a $150 prom dress, but it didn't fit. We followed the refund policy and contacted customer service. They informed me I needed to cover shipping costs, which turned out to be $204 to return it. This situation has been very disappointing.

Caution Advised
