Placed 4 orders in total.First order - They didn't have the product. had to make a change. Items arrived ok.Second order - items unavalable, refunded lost a 3 weeks on thisThird order - Items unavailable, refund took a long time a month was lostfourth and last order - wrong items received. Customer service just stopped answering my mails, didnt get a refund or anything for that matter. They just didn't care.Don't risk your money. They don't actually carry what they list and don't care if you get what you order. Horrible service and i have to say i was veeery patient and tried to fix issues until they didn't care to take responsability. Now i have to make up for the money i lost in this store.
Many items were canceled right after order. No big deal. Package received not packaged well, or professionally, not great but not a huge deal. Missing half my order, leaky products and wrong products: big deal. Took 3 weeks to get a refund for the missing products, Not acceptable. Now it's been over a month, after multiple sent emails. No email responses and no return shipping label for the leaking and wrong products = DEAL BREAKER! Do not buy from this company!
I was skeptical as well- but 3 orders later - I will be placing another. Rome wasn’t built in a day with customer service- try to give them 24-48 hours to reply- it takes them a bit, yes, but they will respond. I truly have had great items show, to be honest I ordered one item - received another that I didn’t order - but was happy - the one I received was more expensive and sold out! But they would have fixed - if I would have told- Julie Nichols - 5 star from me
I made a online purchase through the goodbyinventory.com website. The next day ups label was created. 2 weeks later the package was never shipped. I contacted them via email and was told the package was shipped but ups never scanned it. One month later I never got the package and the tracking only shows label created. Now im fighting with my credit card company to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM GOODBYINVENTORY.COM!!!!!
I ordered almost $700 of product on June 26, 2025. While I received the tracking information the next day, the tracking still shows that UPS never received the package. It took me over a week and a half and several attempts at emailing to get a response, which said there had been an issue with the label and that they had "resolved the issue and generated a new label." They said my order would be heading out "very soon" and that I would receive updated tracking information "shortly." That was over a week ago, and there is still no sign that I'm ever going to get this order. I wish I had checked these reviews prior to ordering, as I feel like I'm going to be fighting a months-long battle to try to get my order or a refund at this point, and I would hate to have to take legal action to get the refund. If you're looking for wholesale beauty products, I recommend going elsewhere.
Been over a month still hasnt been fixed literally some the stuff I got was the wrong shade the Elizabeth Arden wasn’t even the right thing u can look at the receipt and see it was supposed to be a compact not a lose powder the tarte lip crayon was purple not brown the tart eye lashes were wrong fenty eyeliner wrong shade so not only was 60 items missing 50 of the one’s I received wrong I’m very disappointed then it’s been over a month before anyone really wants to fix the problem is crazy to me as a business do better maybe the list the packers get isn’t in color or maybe they get a list no pictures but it’s unacceptable to take this long to try to fix this I spent almost $3000 and this is definitely not the way I should have been treated
As soon as we asked for a wholesale account, we been barraged with different emails announcing availability of all kinds of brand name products for wholesale.Early last week, we placed TWO DIFFERENT ORDERS. We received 3 UPS tracking numbers on April 21, 2025 showing a delivery date on April 24.Until now, UPS showing that they did not have possession of any of these 3 tracking numbers.Three emails went to seller to verify what is going on, and 3 voice messages left to them ... but NO ANSWER YET.Unless they give us a satisfactory excuse for this apparently fraudulent operations, that would be last time we deal with them.WE WILL SEEK FULL LEGAL PROTECTION AVAILABLE TO US
Scam. Ordered items that were available in stock. Then I was said some of sku not in stock. I canceled order. I couldn’t receive money back. Was trying to claim transaction but refunded only 1/3 of amount. The rest was charged for shipping that can’t be refunded. That’s insane! Stay away from buying at this scam shop
