Although we ended up going another way my experience with Goodmove was extremely positive. Greg was really helpful, professional and obliging in talking us through the process, presenting different options and timelines from start to finish. He wasn’t pushy and did not harass after our initial call but provided me with time to consider what we had discussed, sent me written information which was detailed and followed up a couple of weeks later with a polite call. Greg is an ambassador to the company and the company seems great.
Goodmove sold my house within 2 weeks and at a price I was happy with. All of the sale proceedings went very smoothly and I was always able to communicate with the team easily with my enquiry’s/needs dealt with efficiently. Dalia and Katy were excellent and I appreciated their great service. Louise at mezzle was also exceptional and made the conveyancing process easy. What a great team!

Max was extremely helpful in my query and cleared up all questions that I had, nothing was too much of an ask. He spent a lot of time in the phone to me and was very knowledgeable and approachable. Although I did not sell my property using this service, he was still very professional and spoke to me at length about my options. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to sell their house.
Fantastic company to deal with. We’ve completed the purchase of our Forever Home in Devon which Good Move were the agents for. I’ve never dealt with an agency who give such a high level of customer care as a buyer & if we were selling would definitely use them for our sale. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.Our experience is all down to Millie Lawton who went over & above to get the sale/purchase over the line. She is to be commended. If I had an agency I’d poach her for my team!
