Initially, I gave Goodstack ONE STAR! The low rating was because of their convoluted application process which leads to unnecessary delays and frustrations.The application process would be seamless and far more efficient if Goodstack implemented the following:At the time of application, there should be list of required documents along with a secured link for uploading said required documents. Their current system only requires you to enter the name of your organization and then 3 days later they tell you they can’t verify your status/role/eligibillty and request that you submit certain documents.I want to thank Ashley for her assistance in helping to resolve issues.
UPDATE: Their response below is insulting nonsese. Not everything I offered them as evidence is open to the public. Plus, I ASKED them to let me know if they needed any further documentation. No response. I have emailed 5-6 times through replies to their first email and through their website chat. I am up to 13 days without a response. I sent them through chat and email copies of this review.By the way folks, nothing they offer isnt available directly through these companies directly. ORIGINAL REVIEW:This company refuses to accept any and all evidence of my association with my church. They refuse to answer emails or chat requests for further information, not even an automatic reply. They wrote ONCE demanding copies of my pay stubs, our churches founding documents (which are 140 years old--I'm not in them) and my "contract" which isn't a thing (and overreach). My name is on the website, letterheads, and I was writing from an official email. I sent copies of my business cards and images from my listing in the church worker directory. They clearly aren't interested in serving CHURCHES. This should give you pause with what kind of organization they are.
I have repeatedly pointed out that you seem to have misclassified my approved non-profit in the wrong category (educational is correct, financial services is incorrect). But apparently it's impossible to get an answer from you about that error.FOLLOW-UP ... Never mind my review above, originally a 1 now a 4 (5 minus 1 for inconvenience). I have now been approved for the discount. Thanks!
