We are a qualified tax exempt charity…

We are a qualified tax exempt charity and were initially disqualified from getting a Zoom non profit discount. After exchanging emails with Goodstack they changed their determination as we were not in a category that would have disqualified us. We use Zoom a lot to perform our charitable mission of human services support for people who grew up in abusive homes, we do not operate a rehabilitation center or treatment facility.

Great Customer Service

I was a recently approved 501(c)(3) nonprofit and I did not understand that it takes a little bit to actual been seen within "the system". My account was rejected for that reason but the customer staff at Goodstack went above and beyond to help me out. After talking with them My nonprofit Hand to Heart Village was approved! Thank you for all the help!!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. I’ve been waiting over five months for a response from your support team, despite sending five emails and trying to reach you through the AI chatbot — with no reply.Even more concerning, two of my donations to children’s charities were marked as completed, yet the charities have confirmed they were never contacted or received any funds. I’ve repeatedly tried to help connect your team with the charities, but it seems the money has simply disappeared.This situation is completely unacceptable, and the lack of communication or accountability is deeply disappointing. I sincerely hope someone finally takes responsibility and resolves this issue.
