I placed an order for a samsonite case, but I unfortunately ordered the wrong one, But it was no trouble to get it returned, which I could do or Go Places would arrange it for me, which they did it was collected the following day,
Delivered the following day with notification payment had been issued back to my method of payment, Excellent service, Now to re order the right one!
Used this case a few months ago for the first time. It's a really nice and light case but large enough for my needs. Also easy to spot on the conveyor. Alas on the first use it had horrible scratch marks, evident because of the colour!
Purchased a travel case. Great pricing and it arrived very quickly. While the packaging appeared a bit battered, the case itself was in perfect condition. No complaints about the service. I will certainly shop with this seller again.
