I received the drop mat today and, honestly, I'm quite disappointed. It feels like a complete waste of money. The color I received is NOT WHITE; it's more of a yellow tone! Scammers at work. Do not order. After payment, the site was missing or the link was broken. I received an email from a representative stating that production was delayed and a tracking link would be sent once ready. Eventually, I received a poorly wrapped package containing a foul-smelling PVC bag that was not as described. When I requested a refund and provided evidence, I was told that returning it would be too costly. I sincerely hope this review helps others avoid being scammed.
Avoid this company at all costs. They keep changing their name and shutting down their websites. I paid a significant amount for what was supposed to be a genuine leather bag. It arrived crumpled and, upon opening, it was clearly a cheap imitation. I could have bought something similar for a fraction of the price. Now, I can't get a refund due to a nonexistent return policy. I've wasted my money on a gift that will end up at a charity shop. I was also recovering from surgery at the time, which made this even worse!
WARNING: TOTAL SCAM! I ordered three bags at the beginning of December, received one confirmation email, and then nothing. The tracking link is non-functional, and the social media account has vanished. Customer support is unresponsive. My Christmas gift is likely lost. I’m very upset and disappointed. How do they get away with this?
If I could give no stars, I would. I ordered and paid for a bag, but there’s no sign of it. The tracking doesn’t work, and I can’t view my order anymore. I emailed them multiple times; I received one reply saying they would investigate, but then nothing. I suspect this is a scam.
