Exhorbitant service charge of 15%

Exhorbitant service charge of 15%, how can that be justified, it's just pure greed!

Raw burger

I took my wife out to London to Street burger in Leicester Square. It was my wife's birthday. We both had burger meals and my wife asked for well done, it came raw red she refused to eat it,we spoke to the chef he said some excuse about heat set at 70%.I have wrote a letter of complaint to Gordon ramsay head office but to no response?

Average food

Battersea Power station Nothing special just an average restaurant. Food just ok service could improve. Better spend your money somewhere else and a very expensive bill too .

Battersea Power Station

Battersea Power Station - Bread Street KitchenPoor service, I had to ask twice for a water refill, is it premium tapwater there? I’ve had better curry’s from Aldi, and to top it this was a gluten free option but came without naan bread for the same price.Only five pieces of chicken in a very small portion of butter chicken and even less rice which was dry and over cooked.Overcooked fish and chips!Needless to say we won’t be returning!

Bread Street Kitchen and bar Ealing…

Bread Street Kitchen and bar Ealing 11/3/23 1200 noon lunch with family. Group of 6. Long wait for food. Chicken burger my teen son enjoyed.Beef burger 6/10 rated by 3 people. Steamed Sea Bream husband enjoyed.Beer battered haddock was overrated. Nothing special. Had better in Harvester. Small amount of chips. £20 for a meal without drinks. A one off visit is enough. Just for the experience. Staff are lovely though.

S@@t food

It was not value for money, nor a culinary experience! The food (pork belly) was a disappointment as cinnamon dominated the dish, and no side order to compliment. Chicken curry was so basic - the meat is thigh and rice, popodom (one you buy from supermarket) and fry! The cost included wine (circa £125.00) with main and starter is outrageous when you consider the quality. The ambiance is nothing special although the service from the staff very good. In a nutshell, expensive night for basic food. Gordon needs to take a look within before critiquing others!! S…. as he would say!

25 minutes to toast bread

Ordered coffee and toast from breakfast menu. Coffee turned up straight away. However I could of drunk 3 cups by the time the toast appeared. Honestly 25 mins to toast some bread and then it only appeared because I complained. Heathrow T5.

Excellent meal and location, impeccable service.

Visited Gordon Ramsay Bread Street Kitchen in Battersea Power Station and it was a brilliant experience from start to finish. We went to celebrate my husbands birthday and I chose the restaurant because he is a big Gordon Ramsay fan! Have to say we could not fault any of the food - it was so tasty. We would have gone for the beef wellington choice but alas I am a vegetarian! Have to say that I was impressed with the vegetarian choices and i really enjoyed the baked spinach and ricotta cannelloni. My husband loved his beef burger. We enjoyed our pre-dinner cocktails too. Also it was so sweet when they brought a birthday message ice cream with our desserts :) Overall the food and service spoke for themselves. We were looked after by one of the managers sorry didn’t get his name but he was wearing a grey suit - he was very kind and also we had a lovely conversation with Amy from Rabat, Morocco. They are both a credit to the restaurant and the service they provided was impeccable. It was really refreshing to find this level of service and especially in London! Our only regret is that we don’t live in London otherwise we would probably visit once a week! Cannot wait to visit again - thank you so much. Kind regards Mrs Suni Patel

Street Burger Reading

Street Burger Reading. Family of 4 dining.Atmosphere, loud music blasting from poor-quality speakers.Sticky tables.Poor lighting to toilets. I'm not in a nightclub. Washing hands in the toilet, the soap dispenser squirted soap all up my jumper (whilst drying my hands I didn't realise a lady had come out of one of the toilets, she had long hair, she washed her hands, upon using the same dispenser it squirted in her hair). On my return to the table, half a glass of red wine on the floor, the waiter had just spilt it, he looked very angry for some reason. Rather than stopping me, i didn't realise he had just spilt it and walked straight through it. Not only a H&S hazard I had red wine all over the top of my olive green boots.Food, I had: Chicken & Avo. I was surprised by the size of a small very basic bun (it's not the same as it looks to the one you advertise on your menu). Small piece of butterfly chicken breast, smaller than the bun it was placed in. Cold, tough, flavourless, 1 large lettuce leaf, an end slice of thin tomato, 2 slices of thick red onion and a small dollop of mashed avocado. My son had: Next Level Burger - he reported very average. What was "Next Level" about it is beyond me.My husband had: Where's the Lamb burger...report, very average, need I say more!!Order of Chicken wings my husband and son thought were ok, and a side of slaw was full of red onion. The kids had the Oreo milkshakes, which they enjoyed, but please ask if you want lashings on whipped cream on top (yuck!).Asked for bottled still water - it's their own filtered refillable water at £3 per bottle. Dirty glasses. My husband ordered the homemade lemonade - suggest you try what you are making to get the consistency correct. Our waitress was pleasant enough, she had asked if we were enjoying our meal, and did offer to change my Chicken & Avo burger, but looking at what else was on offer couldn't see the point or the wait. The glory of this experience was £120.00, incl service. She did speak to the manager and the £16 cost of my burger and fries was removed from the bill. So: my advice would be, Don't bother. MacDonald's is more acceptable, and you'll be £100 better off in your pocket!!FINALLY...Gordon Ramsey if you want to attach your name to this franchise...Put your money where your mouth is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
