The service was really good. Alice was the nicest person I think we have ever come across in any Restaurant, nothing was too much trouble for her.I hope Gordon realises what an awesome host he has👌 Food was really good too. Thank you for your hospitality
Had a burger Gordon Ramsay's Street Burger in Kensington the other day. They're thieves! Without asking me, they charged me “donation” and 15% “optional” service charge. Went back there today and they refused to give me a refund. Most horrible attitude in hospitality.
If I could give a minus star I would. We arrived 15 minutes early for a table at Battersea Power Station location only to be told "you are early and your table is not ready come back at 6pm."I asked if we could have a drink at the bar and was met with "there is only one chair available." The welcome was cold. We sat and come 6pm went to ask about our table only to be told, "you were not here so...". Only to be hunted down and shouted at, "do you have a problem!!??" BY the staff. Finally seated 30 minutes for a drink another 1 hour wait for food. Tons of staff in the restaurant doing nothing but walking round in circles. Tables seated after us got served.If I did not chase and chase the food we would still be waiting.For someone who has a show telling people about their poorly run business then go to his and its just as bad.
We had a meal !! in gordons pub and grill in Vegas. The chicken was so tough, and the fish ?. What the f*** kind of fish was that. Gordon stop being a celebrity your a chef. Start speaking to your chefs in your kitchens either learn them or tell them to get to f***, because a lot of them are rubbish " chefs".However the service was OK.

DO NOT GO THERE There were 13 of us together, colleages The music was so loud that there was no way to talk to each other, they were in such a hurry that they had the first two starters on the chef's menu on the table when the aperitif arrived. We hadn't even gotten up at the end of the meal when everything was taken off the table and the crumbs practically wiped on to our laps. When I asked to pay for 3 out of 13 the waiter was very rude. overpriced, rude service, not worth it. Will never go back.
We went to this restaurant as we had previously been to The Narrow and loved it. The atmosphere was great and the staff were courteous and knowledgeable. The food was lovely and very plentiful, and a very good quality. A special shout out for our waiter Yashin he was amazing could not be more attentive. We booked in for a Sunday lunch at 12.30 this was a perfect time buy the time we were ready to leave the place was packed so I would recommend booking an early slot.We will be returning thank you for a lovely lunch.
