GorillaCaseStore is literally a scam. I ordered a wallet case that also had a wireless charging ring for $45. A couple days after that, I found the same case I wanted on multiple websites for $14. Lesson learned on not doing thorough searches, right? I figured "oh well, a few bucks lost." But it gets worse.They sent me a wallet case in the same color, entirely different brand, with NO wireless charging ring aka not at all what I bought. I contacted the company and explained I did not receive the item I ordered, and I would like to return the item for a refund.Someone responded with verbatim: "Are you serious?"I re-explained the issue, and that I was in fact serious. They argued with me that it was the same case I ordered, the wallet flap just opened a different way. They just ignored the wireless charging bit over the course of many emails back and forth.They ultimately refused a refund even though they have a little graphic on every single page that says "Satisfied or Refunded, We do our best to work with customers" (they refused to acknowledge this promise on their website exists)I filed a chargeback with my credit card company including screenshots of their promise listed above and won, so I did get my money back, but not from the store. Avoid at all costs.
