Well, I see so many positive reviews on here, so I guess I had the bad luck of getting a LEMON with these people. I asked for info on a move from Canada to Sicily (on the 14th of February 2026) I received this reply that same day
"Thank you for reaching out to Gosselin. Our moving teams are handling your request and will contact you as soon as possible." It is now the 4th of March, and NOTHING. I wrote a week ago asking why the delay, I am still waiting 4 a reply to my question. If this is being professional, I say STAY AWAY FROM THESE PROFESSIONALS.

I was lucky enough to be recommended to Gosselin for my move from New York City to Marseille France. From my first encounter with the move manager in the United States I could tell it was going to be a good experience. She was not only friendly and helpful, but extremely professional, answered all my questions, volunteered information. I didn’t even know I needed and generally made a complicated situation much less stressful. The team that came to my apartment to pack all of my belongings was incredible. They worked efficiently and again, very professionally. In a matter of just a few hours, the team had all of my things wrapped, including rugs and furnishings for the long sea voyage to Marseille. On the other end in France, things were just as expert. Again, the move manager was able to answer all of my questions and provide me with information that made everything a lot less stressful. And again the team that unloaded my belongings was amazing. Of course I brought too much crap, but nonetheless, they unwrapped it all, emptied the boxes, put things where I wanted them and removed all the debris. Not only did the teams on both sides of the Atlantic do their jobs expertly. They were a pleasure to work with. Everyone was friendly and helpful. For a complicated move like this one I would highly recommend Gosselin to anyone.
Gosselin Moving lost 3 of our boxes during transportation of all our goods, some of the items in the boxes were sentimental family items that are irreplaceable. I tried to contact my moving manager about it, he said that I must now deal with the insurance provider and has not replied to any of my emails after. I would not recommend this company at all.
Excellent service from this company throughout the process of moving my belongings from Madagascar to UK. My heartfelt thanks to Mary, who kept me informed at every stage, and to Blake and his team who delivered to my doorstep with everything intact. Highly recommended!
Gosselin assisted me with my cross-continent relocation, the entire experience is very smooth. They have a great local partner in Singapore, the team is highly efficient from video interview to the packing, my belongings are handled with great care. Gosselin team in the UK is also very helpful & efficient in making sure I'm aware of every step of the process, answering to emails in a responsive manner. I look forward to work with Gosselin again for future moves.
Excellent team of Danny, Rob, Roy and Gordon packing and loading and removing from our house over 3 days. Respectful, careful, wise (their experience showed) and very good humoured as they worked hard. Mary from Gosselin checked in very day. Very pleased. Confidence for delivery still to France to follow. Thank you. (Also pleased with Doree Bonner team who made a separate job move of items, including piano, a week earlier, thank you to them too)
