I encountered a problem with the payment process that resulted in a "double charge". On Christmas night, I turned to the community forum to see if anyone had insights. Within minutes, a staff member attentively addressed my concern, identified the issue, and even discovered another error on my part that I hadn't noticed. I felt anxious about potentially making a significant mistake, especially since many companies are unresponsive during the holidays, but the representative was incredibly helpful and eased my worries. Highly recommend!
My Black Friday order was "cancelled" after two weeks of no shipping updates, with the company stating there was a technical problem at the time of payment, preventing them from processing my order. They kept my money for weeks, and now I won't have the laptop in time for Christmas, especially since Black Friday has passed. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience. I haven't received the product or a refund, and I've lost valuable time and opportunities.
Bought the GDP mini 2025, 4 months ago with 32GB memory. What an awesome machine it is. Fast, versatile and speedy. It has a decent size screen with high resolution and had now fully replaced my desktop connected a 45" screen via USBC. I had some doubts and fears before, but totally convinced. Once again GPD has knocked it out of the park with the GPD Win Max2 2024.This is my third GPD product and i am very happy with all.First was the Micro Pc and that is still going to this day. A very handy little computer with BIG thigs it achieves, all the IO you could possibly want in such a small form factor.Second the Wini Mini 2024.I love this thing I game Ghost Recon Wildlands on it every chance i get. Also a power house of a mini laptop computer. Love it.Third and current pride and joy is the Win Max2 Oh My what a beautiful Laptop. The Max is a great work device and the ocational game play. Thank You SOOOOOOOOO Much GPD you guys and girls are Great.I look forward to the future products GPD will come out with next.Thank You to all the team from designers and engineers to the sales and customer service you are all great.Best Regards Manning
I bought a GPD Win 4 earlier this year, and it’s been an amazing device so far - insanely powerful for it's size. Unfortunately, it wouldn't power on anymore after about six months. GPD’s support team was fantastic, quickly providing a return label and replacing the device under warranty at no cost.When my charger wasn’t returned with the replacement, they promptly sent me a new one free of charge. Excellent service all around.GPD has definitely earned my recommendation!
