I ordered Microsoft 365 and was sent a code but it had already been activated by someone else. They sent another and that did not work either because another person had redeemed it. I contacted Microsoft and they agreed that the two email accounts had nothing to do with me and suggested I should get a refund but Keyvoo have refused as they said it was valid when they sent it and didn’t believe me. So I am £60 out of pocket through no fault of my own and can ill afford another purchase.
I placed an order for MICROSOFT TS CALS, in the process I inadvertently duplicated the order. I emailed these folks and got an immediate and helpful reply and my issue sorted out at once. I should also mention the 50-CAL pack was authorized by MS and installed with no issues.
