Kit arrived next day, all in order etc. Staff at the store were very helpful and explained that due to the price of the item it would have to be purchased on line etc. Delivery service was very good - on time and helpful.
This service repeatedly claims they will return my calls. However, when I follow up, the person I need to speak with is unavailable. That's understandable, but when they return to work, they still don’t reach out. I try again, and they are working from home, yet no calls come through. I've sent emails but have received no responses. It's incredibly frustrating!
This is my preferred choice for music equipment! Always welcomed with a friendly smile and great advice. The store has everything a drummer could need. If an item isn't available, the staff will do their best to order it quickly. Fast service and delivery. I’m very pleased with all the gear I've purchased from the seller previously. Thank you!
