Just received a pair of Kahtoola LEVAgaiters from Castleberg. Very competitive price, very quick delivery and a top quality product.Looking forward to putting them through their paces on the Ullswater Way next month.Bought some boots from Castleberg a year ago which I had an issue with. Their customer service was outstanding and they could not have been better at handling the issue…. that’s why I have shopped with them again.
Amazing service from Catherine! I ordered a couple of pairs of Darn Tough socks, but when they arrived one pair was too big even though it was the same sock (just different colours). Catherine double checked the socks against each other in store for me so I could order a new pair, and I got a refund on the same day for the socks I returned. Will definitely buy from them again.
