Flawed mace

This is the second mace I've acquired from the company, and I am quite dissatisfied. It arrived late because the transport service did not handle it properly, and I had to pick it up from a location 20 km from my home. Additionally, the packaging was damaged, and the mace is missing the bottom locking piece. It's truly disappointing — I won't be buying from you again.

I have no problem with the company

I have no problem with the company, only the delivery service DPD is bad. When they finally delivered, they only put a note in the mailbox, ignored my yelling that I was home, but I already complained to DPD.
