There was an isssue with shipping where the package got lost (not gravity fitness’s fault). I reached out and got a quick response and a new package was shipped with express shipping which arrived shortly after. Good product and good customer support

I ordered the grip tape , i specifically wanted it in black , white makes the equipment look cheap and looks dirty after a while , great product , really happy with it , only took 1 day to arrive
