Disappointing Streaming Experience for Sports

I bought a 1-Year Premium Package recently for US $23.90 to watch CAF football matches on certain channels. Unfortunately, the streaming quality is very poor, with constant freezing happening almost every minute. This makes it nearly impossible to enjoy the live sports experience and turns it into a frustrating ordeal. The service does not meet the advertised standards, and I am quite disappointed with this purchase.

Good quality build of the box

Poor quality box — stopped working after 5 months

The box stopped working after five months. I paid a significant amount for a lifetime service, and when I provided the necessary information, they took days to respond and were unwilling to assist as promised. Ultimately, they offered me a small discount for a new box. Very disappointing service.

Unjustified cancellation of my subscription

I purchased two boxes, both of which were supposed to have a lifetime subscription. One box stopped working and displayed an error message. Despite sending multiple emails for assistance, my requests were ignored. I even tried contacting them via WhatsApp, but received no response. This experience feels fraudulent, as they seem eager to take your money and then vanish. I cannot recommend them.
