DH Gate is a scam do not buy from them. The seller sent me a completely different item than description. I let DH Gate know about the issue and even sent pictures as proof and they still ruled in favor of the seller. I will be taking further action. But dont not buy from this scam company.
Terrible service from this amateur company some sellers send put very poor condition items or even wrong items once dispute open dhgate always backs up seller even with proof damaged items wrong item sent etc in truth once purchased a item doesn't matter what you receive you will be wasting your time opening dispute seller always wins so for me maybe be wise sending few quid more to buy genuine stuff maybe works out more expensive but they will last longer and they will be as there meant to be a lot a sellers on site sell damaged

This app is excellent for finding inexpensive soccer jerseys. I have consistently received my orders, with the exception of one, which was refunded. I can't comment on other items since I only purchase jerseys, and they always arrive as expected. The shipping does take some time, but that’s due to the package coming from the other side of the world.
I never got the item. The seller has been dishonest for months, and now the package is marked as lost after the payment was released. There’s no resolution and no effective customer support to reach out to. I cannot recommend this service.

However, the platform refused to accept the return and chose to release the funds to the seller regardless. What is most disheartening is that the service claims to protect buyers, yet buyers’ rights are not honored. Even when following the guidelines, providing proof, and filing a complaint within the stipulated time, the platform can still favor the seller without fair evaluation. This approach seems to prioritize sellers over buyers, leaving customers feeling deceived and powerless. Offering a mere coupon instead of a proper refund is unacceptable and fails to address the problem. I cannot recommend this platform if you seek transparency, accountability, and genuine buyer protection.
I have frequently used the platform and have generally been satisfied. It warrants 4 stars as it is reliable; the items consistently arrive, and the customer support and communication with the sellers are commendable. However, there's still room for enhancement; sometimes orders take a while to ship, and the tracking feature in the app can be quite unreliable. The prices are reasonable, though some sellers, primarily acting as middlemen, have relatively high prices, yet there are usually one or more good deals available. Overall, it is a trustworthy site, though there is certainly room for improvement.
Do not use this company! Ordered 2 kits for Christmas, one arrived but heard nothing about the other. Tried to log into my account and it said my password was wrong, clicked forgot password, said they had sent me an email but nothing ever came through (must have tried this 20 times over the space of a week). Created a new account to message customer services but it would never work.
Googled for an email address for customer services but it bounced back. They have taken payment and released it to the seller and I have no way to contact them! Scammers!!!!
I had a very disappointing experience with this seller. I purchased a 12-month prepaid SIM card, but after completing the payment, the seller claimed the one-year card was ‘rusty’ and only offered a 1-month 12GB card instead. The correct product has not been shipped, and both the seller and the support team have stopped responding to my inquiries, despite the 12-month option still being advertised. I've been waiting over a week without any resolution, and I cannot recommend this seller or the marketplace.

When I checked with my local post office, they confirmed it was a scam. Even with insurance, they refused to provide the necessary information for a claim.
