We needed to get from Heathrow to Gatwick after British airways changed our return flight from Greece to Heathrow. Booking was simple and the price very reasonable. The driver was waiting for us at T5 arrivals and within minutes we were in the car and on our way. The driver was very chatty but professional and the journey at 10pm was stress free. We would definitely recommend using Britannia Cars
I recently took a pickup service from home to the airport and it was a great experience overall. My driver was punctual, friendly, and maintained a clean, comfortable vehicle. The ride was smooth, and they navigated the traffic efficiently, ensuring I arrived on time. I appreciated the conversation and the driver’s professionalism, which made the trip enjoyable.
I purchased a vehicle from Great Britain Motors in July 2025. Within days of purchase, an oil leak was identified.The vehicle was sold with a warranty, which was advertised as being included in the total purchase price. I made a claim through the warranty provider; however, the warranty did not cover the full cost of the repairs required.I contacted the dealership to request a reasonable resolution, specifically an extension of the warranty and a refund of the amount not covered. These requests were refused. 6month warranty has now expired and I’m still having issues with the car. I have attempted to resolve the matter through both email and telephone communication. Emails have gone unanswered, and phone calls have been terminated before the issue could be resolved.As the matter remains unresolved, I am now pursuing it through formal/legal channels. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership.
What I can say about this company as far as I am concerned is that when I first started driving, I got to know them through one of my friends and I started working for them and they started to continuously provide me with 5,6,7 even 8 jobs a day. In hindsight, I can say that I learned a lot from those experiences. They always have jobs even though I would have liked the prices to be much better for drivers , nevertheless for someone who wants to keep busy or fill the gap in between of their other jobs, this company offers plenty of jobs at most of the times. To be more honest, I wish prices were better but that’s not much we can doAlthough later I had some issues with them too and eventually I had them sorted out, I heard some payment issues from some other drivers who were not that happy. I don’t know full details of those circumstances tbh and I wish all these issues were properly addressed and resolved by the company. I also heard from some other drivers who used to work for them before that they would make more than £2K a week by doing 8/9 seater connection jobs, but I did not experience those times myself. When I worked with them, I had 7 seater and I think I did well in general. I am still working with them, but not as much as I used to but happy. Nowadays they pay straight after Pob or job completion. I wish well for all other drivers. Thank you
If your life going well and you want a problem go and do business with them …They will sell you a car and never stay behind them word . They think when they pay you 3 month warranty for £200 they covered themself . But that warranty company won’t cover anything and you pay again from your pocket . I bought car from them before 1000 miles spend £3000 to fix it and still same . And I have got all the documents I need in my hands with proofs . I’ll take them court because this is not right business to do sell people rubbish cars when you know they are dead already . It’s not only me with that problem there is so many people . I wish you never buy from this company
