i always use this company for transfers to airports, alone or with my wife, as they are trustworthy and kind, always pick up on time, have good and prompt communication, and altogether guarantee a safe and stress-free travel
Great communication from the company and driver Faruqe who let us know beforehand when he was 10 minutes away. He was friendly and polite. The car was very clean and smelled lovely. The price was good when compared to other companies. All in all a lovely experience! Will definitely be using again.
Our driver was friendly and knowledgable, and used a clever shortcut to get us home more quickly. We were, however, disappointed not to get the ‘meet and greet’ service we had paid extra for. We had to wait 15 minutes for our driver ( at 1 in the morning)- surely it should have been the other way around, him waiting for us?
I mistakenly booked 10am pick up cab, called the customer service immediately I noticed, and it was sorted. The customer service officer even requested my flight number and suggested the best time for me to check out from the hotel to maximize my travel time and avoid unnecessary waiting at the airport
