A real disaster. The company had committed to picking us up inside the airport with a sign showing our name at 7:30 p.m., even though we had told them our landing time was 7:00 p.m. At the agreed time, there was no one there. Everyone else had already been picked up by other companies—except us.After messaging them on WhatsApp, they told us to go to the orange parking lot, level zero, with no further directions. In other words, they no longer complied with the agreed conditions. There, in the cold and at night, we waited for over an hour until a vehicle finally picked us up—after they had told us via WhatsApp that they had sent at least three different cars.Then they blamed us for being in the wrong spot in that parking area, even though no one explained where exactly we were supposed to wait—and we had even sent a photo showing the exact place where we were standing with our daughter.When a driver finally arrived asking for my name, he asked us to pay him, even though we had already paid from Spain. So he was the one who had to clarify things with the company. And only thanks to that driver’s kindness were we finally able to leave the airport—more than an hour and a half late.Any other company, after such a disgraceful service, would have at least had the decency to refund the money or apologize properly. But in this case, neither.I have screenshots of the conversation to prove it’s all real.For the return trip to the airport, we used Bolt—good price and punctual.
