The admin team were great kept in contact with me throughout the experience and informed me of who the driver was and the car to look out for. The driver arrived 10 minutes late to pick me up. Pleasantly put my bag into the boot but set off before I put my seatbelt off. Safely drove me to my destination however went past the speed limit past the 10% rule on numerous occasions and got me to my destination fast. Arrived safely and on time.
They say that they offer a meet and greet service with a name banner by the meeting point Prêt à manager. Well we were instructed on arrival to drag ourselves with our suitcases from Arrivals Hall all the way to Departures and wait outside the Sofitel hotel Gatwick North Terminal in the freezing cold. We landed at 11.09 pm and they collected us elsewhere at 12.40 am. A terrible service, never again. I suspect the driver was probably on another job. Just to add, they say if you give them a 5* review, you will get 10% off your next booking. We didn’t! We used them on our last trip giving them the benefit of the doubt, and the driver missed the turning so we eventually got home from Gatwick via Heathrow Airport.
