Order was ready in one day, arriving at shop I was met at the door and as using a walking stick was helped to the lift and the same on the way back out , both ladies down/up stairs pressed lift button aswell, lovely kind helpful staff , shop was immaculate
I have been using Greaves for many years. ALWAYS excellent professional customer service.Today 16th January 2026 2.30pm that all changed. A mature grey headed female, had absolutely zero customer service provision. Unfriendly, unskilled, unsmiling.My wife was with me who works in retail clothing sales. She was shocked. Horrible experience and I noticed absolutely no team working skills.
