Every single interaction we had with the staff at Greeking.me far exceeded our expectations. During our trip "interview" they carefully listened to what we enjoy doing, where we wanted to go, the must sees for our trip and they carefully curated an experience we will treasure forever. When we received our initial itinerary, they had us scheduled for a wine tasting (we don't drink) and they very quickly changed the activity to a cooking class. Top notch service!It was so nice to go on a vacation and have every detail already taken care of. Having private drivers was such a stress reliever and they were all so friendly and informative. The hotels they chose for us were spectacular and the activities were perfect! I can't say enough good about the service, thought, consideration, communication and care they put into making a trip of a lifetime just that.
If you are ever able to go to Greece, you must use Greeking.me. They are fantastic. They work with you in the best way. We had wonderful lodgings and our tours were right on. We were able to do tours that we would never of thought of. Having transportation setup is the only way to go. The drivers were courteous and very knowledgeable of their areas. This is my second time using Greeking.me and we are starting to plan another trip using them again.

On a recent vacation to the Greek Isles, I needed an in-country travel agency to assist with transfers and accommodations. I reached out to three companies and Greeking.me was by far the top choice. Their response was immediate. After listening to my intended list of islands to visit, they did not try to dissuade me to go elsewhere. I was assigned a travel advisor (Alexandra) who had great suggestions and was very receptive to my input. The Greeking.me staff set up all the lodging and transfers from Athens to the three islands we visited – Naxos, Skiathos and Skopelos. They had friendly drivers waiting for us at the airport or ferry port to take us to our accommodations – it was wonderful to know that a trusted local driver was available to transport us to the hotel and to pick us up when we were moving on to the next island, less anxiety and more relaxing enjoyment. They prepared an extremely detailed itinerary for our entire trip. They helped to arrange a one-day cruise in Naxos that was exceptional. Greeking.me stayed within my budget and found unique and very special hotels for us to stay at. The staff at Greeking.me speak English fluently; I worked with several employees throughout the entire process and they were all professional and kind. The hotel staff and drivers spoke English well enough. We had a few questions that arose during our trip and Greeking.me had someone on-call to respond to my emails, even on weekends. There was one issue, where a vendor charged for an item that had been pre-paid, Greeking.me notified me immediately about the mistake and refunded me the amount that was double-charged. They had gifts waiting for us at a couple locations, one at the beginning of the trip and the other on my 60th birthday. I did not hesitate to highly recommend Greeking.me to several friends that are planning trips to Greece in the next year.
Nick helped us plan a trip of our lifetime. He made so many adjustments to our itinerary to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. His suggestions and feedback was key and he was always truthful and honest. All the hotels that were chosen were perfect and exactly as described. The tours were amazing along with all the drivers that were set up were professional and always on time. Alexandra who works with Nick was key in helping us get last minute plans in order and arranging for transportation. They continually checked in on us while we were in Greece to make sure that everything we needed was provided for us. They even gave us a welcome gift which we used and took home with us to remind us of our incredible trip. Our trip would not have been the same without the planning and Services of this company and of course Nick and Alexandra. We look forward to our next adventure and would definitely use them again. Loved our trip to Athens, Meteora, and Chania (Crete)! As seasoned travelers, we usually plan our own trips and we wanted to visit some out of the way places we missed on our previous visit. However, getting around Greece presents many challenges, and especially for the places we wanted to see. Barbara captured all our "must do's" and preferences, and the team executed the plan to perfection. It was nice not having to worry about crazy drivers and navigating byzantine road systems on our own for a change. Our transfers were all on time and courteous. (Barbara's recommendation to get upgraded tickets for the air transfer to Chania was an inspiration!) Our guides were simply phenomenal, particularly for Meteora and Samaria Gorge. The guides got us in and out of the best spots for pictures without a fuss while explaining the history and local traditions behind each site. We loved the cooking classes! The hotels were all very tasteful and conveniently located, and we particularly enjoyed SanSal in Chania. (The place is a gem!)In terms of constructive criticism, it would be good to have a tipping guide added to the trip documents in order to be prepared for the local customs. While we would prefer not to have to tip drivers, guides, etc. after putting together an "all-inclusive" trip, it's hard to escape as tourists and we want to be respectful. We made good use of the restaurant guides in Athens and Crete, so consider adding Meteora. We liked that you provided information on the types of foods to accommodate different needs (i.e., vegan, etc.) and a good mix of restaurants to include 5-star and local favorites. Finally, like others noted, the sentiment behind the welcome gift was very much appreciated and set a nice tone to the beginning of our trip. However, we aren't big drinkers so the gift wasn't practical for us. In our case, chocolate or a gift voucher for a local restaurant would have been a better choice.
Greeking.me made our trip in Greece for 11 days a magical experience for our entire family. Barbara was the perfect partner to co-develop our itinerary to visit Greece. We explored Athens, Santorini and Crete and many of the historical sites learning the deep history with the help of our tour guides in Athens and Crete. They truly made the experience very enjoyable and I must thank your company for appointing very knowledgeable guides. The food tour in Crete was superb and we felt very welcomed at all eateries. We for sure all gained couple pounds with all the awesome delicacies enjoyed. Santorini was absolutely stunning and held true to the beautiful views and the most gorgeous sunsets. The accommodation at Santorini overlooking the Aegean was breathtaking. The catamaran experience was amazing and the island tour was phenomenal. We appreciate Barbara’s help for our last minute requests and facilitating early travel arrangements in Santorini. The selected accommodations were all 5 star and at perfect locations which had great amenities. There is no other way to see Greece other than with the help of a great team at Greeking.me!!
