The performance on these curtains is quite deceptive. Regarding sound reduction, we se no impact having these curtains over the window or not, wether from high or low pitch sounds. For thermic protection, especially now in the winter, we still feel the cold from the outside from 2 meters away of the window. The details of fabrication is very poor.Also, we received our curtains 1 month after ordering and because we contacted the client service, which was quite reactive, even though they sent corrupted links the first time !Positive point : the color is good, obscurity is great
From placing the order to receiving my curtains was only 14 days, which is amazing for custom made curtains. They are beautifully made and lovely fabric and are just what we wanted for our lounge. We highly recommend sound escape to anyone. Thanks
This is my 2nd order with them this year and I was surprised to see that the silver fabric at the back of the curtaind was a bit different from my first order. I asked the support and they said they made improvements. It’s really good that they still work on improving their curtains even thought I already found them really amazing! thank you.
