Disgusting.
Cheese and caramelised onion toasties. Sounds good but it was the worst snack I've ever eaten it's just pure sugar doesn't taste like cheese honestly a piece of dry cracker is nicer.
Had a strawberry greek style yoghurt and it is way too sweet what a waste of a meal and money don't ever buy from here unless it's a sausage roll or coffee. Only If your desperate.
Awful food.
I have Sausage rolls now and then from Leamington spa Prade or have done from Coventry arena and recently prices up to £1.35 and they are not very warm even at 2pm. I have been before closing before at 4pm/ 5pm and they are stone cold and should not be sold at full price. I have lost trust as they were good but now higher prices and down hill.
My wife and i, have visited Greggs, on Belgrave Gate, Leicester, 3 times this week and not only did we enjoy our food, but we had exceptional service, from a friendly and genuine lady, by the name of Tina Daley. Her wonderful approach, to customer service, heralded a time, when this was common practice, which is lacking, in so many attitudes today. She is a wonderful person and a real credit to Greggs
They don’t acknowledge complaints! The service has dropped significantly. Store staff stand chatting away to other staff about their personal life whilst being served. Disgusting and really rude!!
Very racist staff she was very rude she gave me a burnt pizza and when I sat inside the back at riverside she started saying to me hurry up and eat and get out of here just cause I had a water bottle which I hadn’t bought from thete
I visited a location in Central Colchester today and was let down by the lack of disabled access to the main seating area. The small downstairs area was very crowded and chilly due to the door frequently opening. Had we arrived later, finding a table would have been impossible.
The staff at this location are incredibly slow and unfriendly to customers. You can walk in before work and they operate at a pace that is almost unbearable. They seem to have no regard for anyone's time. One female staff member, with long blonde hair, has a notably unapproachable demeanor and displays rudeness, even gossiping about customers to her coworkers. The environment is unclean, with tables and floors consistently filthy, and it feels like a gathering spot for the homeless and numerous delivery drivers. The lack of action against shoplifting is evident, as security appears more interested in their phone than maintaining order. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
I wanted to start my day with a warm baked good and sausage roll, but they were cold. I asked the staff for help to warm it in the microwave, but was told it wasn’t allowed due to extra charges for hot food. How can you serve cold items from a display?
The staff maintain a consistently positive attitude, and the food meets expectations. It's a casual place, but the app has been malfunctioning again for about two weeks. It’s frustrating not to be able to collect points and earn rewards. Please address this issue!
