I bought two belts (black/black and brown/blue - wish there was a brown buckle) based on a recommendation from my brother who said these were his favorite belts ever. When I first opened the box I was expecting the buckles to be a bit more substantial/heavier than they actually were. I then wore the first one for a day and didn't like how it bent the belt based on your first "setting" and if you wanted to change it throughout the day you'd see an obvious bend where it was previously set. Other than those couple things it's a good enough belt but I think I still prefer the old-school belts over these.
My favorite thing about this company so far is their customer service. I ordered a belt for my boyfriend and had to change the size a few times. The company was quick to respond, responded pleasantly, and had no errors. The belt itself is awesome too! My boyfriend loves it, claims it does not move. I’m now looking into getting myself one!
Im a bigger guy and always replacing belts because of wear ive lost 80 ibl and dont have to keep replacing my belt. Its durable and it stays tight. I thought it would loosen and i would have to keep tightening it but it does not.
