Review Time
I bought a Grip6 Wallet some time ago. Im not sure when but it could even have been before the Covid Lockdown fiasco.
Last week I lost 2 cards from my Wallet so I had a close look and it was looking pretty worn.
After revisiting the website I saw that there was a lifetime Warranty on my Wallet so I contacted Support.
After a brief email discussion they kindly offered to send me a new one which arrived today.
Fantastic Product
Fantastic Service
Keep up the great work Team Grip6

The wallet performs as expected and I like the minimalist design. I was disappointed to find out the actuator handle is made of some pretty cheap plastic. I have the one with the finger loop which I liked because I could hold it more firmly. Unfortunately I dropped it one time and the loop completely broke off. It has a lifetime warranty but I lost the paperwork for it a LONG time ago. I'd like to see them make he handle of some more durable material.
Grip6 is a “Sucker-Scam,” site. Their belts are “cute” but not practical, their ads play on “better technical advances,” “bootstrapping a business;” for A METAL anti RFID WALLET, then “VASTLY Superior Socks! ($28/pair no real color selection!!??!!) This last item is the catch all, meaning you buy something in the way of the belt or wallet (or both in my case… yes I was the Sucker) go for the “$ back guarantee & discover the guarantee is not your $$$ BUT BUY THE SOCKS AT $28 / pair!!??!! Socks @ $28/pair is your last option not $$ back. Sucker born every minute & 3 to TAKE HIM!BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM CANADA - Ordered 3 belts from Grip6 on December 23rd for Christmas Gifts thinking it would arrive in a few days from the USA going to Canada. Well it took 32 days to arrive as GRIP6 uses the postal service and their cheapest rates! On top of that costs another $22 CAD in Duties and more taxes. At the end of the day it costs way too much to order from GRIP6 with all fees and duties etc for these ok belts. I order lots of stuff from USA and it arrives in 3 to 5 business days with no duties because these other companies use proper couriers not the useless Postal Service. I do not recommend using this company based on shipping and duties alone. Just buy a belt and socks locally as its not worth the wait or costs.
This is an example of what is wrong with customer service these days. As a background, I have been buying their socks for years. As a Canadian, I pay a premium, duties and ridiculous charges from DHL. I have written and they have agreed things need to improve. I placed an order at the beginning of December and order proceeded to Whittier, CA., where it stopped. I have written Grip6 twice, who responded identically to both requests that there was a postal strike in Canada and that was the issue. The facts are the strike started Three weeks before my order was shipped. No response to my questions about clarity if my order could be delivered by Christmas or why, it would be shipped by post to Canada when mail to Canada wasn’t be accepted. Their response is hopefully Canada Post can clear a backlog and that Grip6 response is “Our shipping reps informed us they are doing what they can to make it so packages do not end up with Canada Post. However, since this is the typical route for our packages, we can’t do anything.”As a customer, they did nothing to communicate, follow-up or look at alternatives.Customer service is supposed to be a retention strategy, not a department that adds no value to the customer experience. I asked that my concerns be escalated, but crickets!Grip6 - please don’t bother embarrassing yourself by responding as you had chances to do the right thing. Thanks for missing Christmas socks for grandkids. Thanks for doing nothing - when I reached out.
After seeing several ads on yt and reading the reviews, I thought that the high end pricing of the socks would be worth a try. Shipping was reasonably fast, but with shipping fees, exchange to $cdn, and customs fees on top of the sale price, 3 pairs of socks cost $135. The “overland orange” socks themselves have a good fit, and seem to resist foot odour. I’m not sure how much wool is actually in them as they aren’t all that warm and my feet don’t stay dry.
Upon receipt of belts I experienced issues.Made contact via "Contact Us" on their website. The response by Kait was super fast and handled with the highest degree of empathy, seamless professionalism.Kait had an attitude of want to assist/will assist. The end result was one of my highest regard of Kait and the honest and moral business ethics she upheld of the Grip6 company.

The Utah based Grip6 Belt Company is a US manufacturer of innovative high quality belts & accessories. The company is 100% committed to building their products in the US and according to founder BJ Minson, "It has been one of the best decisions we've ever made. They use only high grade materials ranging from T6 aluminum to solid carbon fiber to make their buckles. The webbing is made from a custom design high tensile nylon that boasts a 3000 lb breaking strength at a third the weight of a traditional belt.
