Terrible service. I have received a faulty item. I am still trying to return it, and customer service is not very helpful, as they do not provide a return label and ask me to send it to their address, which is not accepted by parcel companies. So much time has already been wasted, and I am not sure I will receive a refund for the faulty item received!
The Trim Pod is incredibly convenient and provides a close shave all over. The customer service is outstanding; they promptly replied to my question and sent a replacement pod immediately. I can't find any faults. It's a great product for everyone.

Avoid this! It's an absolute scam! I waited a month! They claimed issues with the delivery company. I received a message saying it was delivered, but NOTHING HAS ARRIVED! I'm trying to get a refund but have little hope. Don't make the same mistake I did! Avoid shopping with this company.
I've had the Trimpod for just over a year, and my only issue was cleaning, as I had to open each blade individually. However, the new magnetic head has made cleaning a breeze, and the floating individual heads provide a much smoother experience, making it the best shaver I've ever owned.
